Check to see if the elections office has received your ballot for the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Election:
On September 17, 2018, Governor Brown signed Senate Bill (SB) 759. This bill requires election officials to notify voters if the signature on their mailed ballot doesn't match the signature appearing on the voter's affidavit of registration or if the signature is missing from the vote by mail envelope. If you receive a notice from the elections office that your vote by mail ballot has a signature error, you may download and submit the appropriate letter by the deadline, as indicated in the letter.
